Nepal Airlines Set to Expand Fleet with Two Leased Aircraft

Nepal Airlines gears up to enhance its fleet with the addition of two narrow-body aircraft through wet-lease agreements, covering Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance. In a bid for transparency, the airline has initiated a global tender process. With the existing fleet under strain due to high customer demand, the new aircraft will alleviate pressure, allowing for increased flight frequency to key destinations including Delhi, Dubai, Doha, and Kuala Lumpur. Expected to be in service by July 2024, this strategic move is part of Nepal Airlines' 10-year business plan spearheaded by Chairman Mr. Ubraj Adhikari. The expansion aims to bolster connectivity and efficiency, ensuring enhanced service for passengers.
