Nepal Tourism Board Invites Participation in International Trade Fairs 2025
Kathmandu, Nepal – The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has announced an invitation for eligible tourism companies to participate in prominent international trade fairs scheduled for 2025. The participation will provide companies an opportunity to showcase their services and network with global stakeholders.

Application Process: Interested companies are required to register online via NTB Tenders Portal. Along with the application, participants must submit the following documents:
- Company Registration Certificate
- VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
- Tax Clearance Certificate for Fiscal Year 2079/80
- License issued by the concerned authority
- Proof of at least one year of operation
Selection Criteria: Participation will be decided on a first-come-first-served basis, and shortlisted companies will be notified via email to deposit the participation fee. The detailed procedure for submission of required documents will be shared upon selection.
Important Notes: Participants are responsible for all travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and visa fees. NTB will not be held liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
