Kathmandu, Nepal – The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has announced an open call for tourism companies to participate in three major international trade fairs in 2025. The fairs aim to promote Nepal's tourism industry on a global platform, providing businesses with an opportunity to showcase their services and establish international networks.
Trade Fair Details:
- COTTM 2025 (April 24-26, 2025) – Participation Fee: NPR 1,25,000/-
- GITF 2025 (May 15-17, 2025) – Participation Fee: NPR 1,00,000/-
- ITE Hong Kong 2025 (June 12-15, 2025) – Participation Fee: NPR 1,25,000/-
The deadline for application submission is March 9, 2025, and only eight companies will be selected per event. Applications must be submitted online through NTB’s tender portal along with essential documents such as a company registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration, latest tax clearance certificate, and a valid license.
Selection & Participation Process:
- The selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Selected companies will receive an official confirmation email from NTB.
- Participants will be required to submit a deposit voucher and a signed contract for confirmation.
- Travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and visas, must be managed and financed by participants themselves.
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, NTB will make necessary refund decisions, though it will not be held responsible for any additional inconvenience.
