Prabhu Helicopter Limited is going to issue an IPO worth Rs 66 million. The company has appointed Muktinath Capital Limited as the sales manager to sell the shares to the general public. 666,000 units of shares worth Rs 66 million will be issued at the rate of Rs 100 per share.

The contract for appointment of sales manager was signed by Subhash Amatya, managing director on behalf of Prabhu Helicopter and Kabindra Dhoj Joshi, chief executive officer on behalf of Muktinath Capital.
