Qatar Airways will begin daily flights from Bhairahawa’s Gautam Buddha International Airport starting Tuesday. The Civil Aviation Authority reports that Qatar Airways will operate seven weekly flights on this route. Currently, it conducts three daily flights between Qatar and Kathmandu, and with the new route, it will run flights from Doha to Bhairahawa to Kathmandu and back to Doha. This addition brings the total number of airlines operating international flights from Bhairahawa to five.
